Before starting the coaching sessions, I wasn’t necessarily feeling I needed help with anything in particular, it was more of a curiosity for me. Nevertheless, my curiosity was in the end rewarded. Each session was very well organized. The coach had a set of questions prepared which helped me narrow down the key aspects for my development. Despite being very well organized, the discussions were organic, they had a natural flow, I felt listened to and at the same time guided towards reaching some valuable insights and conclusions. At the end of the sessions I felt I knew myself better, I was left with more clarity and very importantly, with an action plan.

With Anda's help I gained some very interesting insights into what makes me to who I am. This set a base for developing a new way of thinking about situations that happen during the day. Understanding what is the underlying of my decisions helped me to understand how I can better control my emotions. I had three sessions of coaching during which Anda guided the conversation in a sovereign way. I always felt that I can trust her, which made the coaching sessions very resultative. With Anda's help I gained better control of my life. Thank you.
